Print Reading and Machine Shop Calculations
Course Description
This course will focus on the interpretation of multi-view engineering blueprints, visualization techniques, auxiliary, section views, appraisal of revisions columns, title blocks, and bill of materials. Students will also be introduced to basic geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) using ANSI and ISO standards, as well as calculations used to solve common problems found in print interpretation and inspection.
